Slayz Bundles Boutique Hair Co LLC. we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:

Shipping & Processing

When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address.

We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.

On High Demand Sale Promotion Processing can take anywhere from 7-14 business day.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS. 

We do ship internationally. Shipping time normally takes 3-21 business days depending on the location and type of service requested.The buyer is responsible for custom fees.


If an item is available on back order/Pre Orders, please allow 7-21 business days for processing, You will see the date when the item will ship out.

Returns/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require to fill out the return form an receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
